Combining elements of traditional Tae Kwon Do and Muay Thai kickboxing, our kickboxing program burns approximately 750 calories per class with non-stop kicking and punching on pads and mitts.This is a total body workout that you will not find at a gym. Our classes offer both heart-healthy cardio drills and muscle-strengthening resistance training, plus the added bonus offlexibility training to keep your muscles healthy.
